How it works
Five steps, one guest list
Everything happens in one place, so the headcount you see is always the real one.
Import your list
Paste from Excel or upload a CSV of customer emails, names and companies.
Send invitations
Each guest gets a personal link and replies yes or no in one click.
Approve requests
People who weren’t invited can ask to attend. You decide who’s in.
Tickets go out
A QR ticket and a calendar invite reach every confirmed guest.
Scan at the door
Check guests in from any phone and point them to their table.

Questions
Good to know
Do guests need to install anything?
No. Invitations, registration and tickets all work in the phone’s browser. Apple and Google Wallet passes are coming soon.
Will invitations land in spam?
They’re sent from your own company mailbox through Microsoft 365, with your domain’s authentication, so they’re treated like any other email from you.
What if the venue Wi-Fi fails?
Check-in works over mobile data, and you can export the full guest list as a printed backup for the door.
Can people register without an invitation?
Only if you allow it. Open events take requests that you approve; invite-only events accept replies from invited guests alone.
